Key Competencies:

- Relevant knowledge and experience of social and new media behavior in the region.

- Proven track record in improving online conversions

- Analytical and good project management skills

- Excellent business and communication skills. Likes to work in a large, complex, international and dynamic organization

- Self-driven with strong team work spirit. An entrepreneur, diplomatic, persuading and independent
Native Mandarin speaker, fluency in written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

- Setup and contribute to China digital marketing strategy, tactics and plans

- Plan, execute and manage online campaigns in close cooperation with regional marketing and sales and global digital team

- Plan, execute and manage web advertising and promotions for traffic generation and lead generation
- Lead agency to conduct Chinese search engine marketing and Search Engine optimization sparring partner

- Plan, execute and manage sales generating digital projects

- Budget control for respective e-marketing projects

- Project management of other business related web activities

Qualifications/ Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience

- Active, creative, take the initiative to manage the market project.

- Strong time and project management skills (with the ability to handle multiple priorities)

- Excellent written and oral communications skills
