Objectives 工作目标：
Under the guidance of shfit leader, properly operate the machines/equipments and handle the chemical materials to meet the EHS-Q requirements and production targets (quantity, schedule, production excellence).

根据班长的要求，正确操作机器和设备，正确操作化学品生产， 从而达到质量，安全，计划和工艺及精益生产的要求。







Accountabilities 工作职责：


1. Apply global Q-EHS guidelines for safe operations. Report any Q-EHS deviation to leader for keeping tracks on incidents and near misses.
把全球Q-EHS 方针应用到日常操作中，向主管汇报不符合Q-EHS 行为，以跟踪事件和不符合项。
2. Operate the machines/ equipments following the defined production processes/ plans to meet thegiven schedules safely, accurately and efficiently.
按既定工艺/计划操作机器设备达到给定进度表的生产要求，安全地，精确地和有效地操作机器设备。
3. Observe the operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output, identify any unusual findings and fix the problems or report to leader.
监控设备运行，控制面板（DCS），故障灯，报警信息，判断异常情况，确定问题或向主管汇报。
4. Alert the relevant personnel of the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, record the problems.
警示提醒相关人员（班长和班组成员）在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生。
5. Monitor the process parameters as instructed in operation mode and DCS recipe.
根据指令和DCS配方，监视工艺操作参数。
6. Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time.
协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行。
7. Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求。
Keep PPE and tools in the good condition, check and maintenanceon time.
确保生产工具和个人安全设施完好，及时检查和维护。
8. Share the necessary information for the daily production with colleague, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance.
和同事分享日常生产的相关信息，如：参数工艺变化，设备性能。
Make sure the shift hand over goes smoothly.
确保装置工艺生产，巡检，检查，维修和EHS活动的记录准确地移交给下一班。
Keep production record, shift log, patrol record updated.
准时做好生产记录，交接班记录及巡检。
9. Cooperate and communicate with warehouse, logistic department, utility department, lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel.
与仓库，物流，公用工程，实验室，维修及安全等部门联系及合作。
10. Under the instruction from leader, work scope will include:
在班长的指导下工作范围如下：
DCS operation； DCS操作；Field work；现场外操工作； Product filling and RM unloading；产品罐装，原料卸车；Production analyzing.生产过程产品分析控制。
Take the supervision duties for the visitors in the plant.
根据班长的指令，行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责。
11. Quality Control 质量控制
Follow the plant Quality Assurance policies and QM Operating procedures.
认真执行质保方针和质量程序，确保产品质量符合要求。
Follow the batch production process to take samples, analyst and feedback to shift leader.
遵守生产规定及程序，取样分析并汇报数据给班长。
12. Production Excellence精益生产
Participate to the workplace environment improvement. Propose new ideas.
参与各项持续改进，提出意见和想法。
Use 5S method to make sure the working area is well cleaned.
及时打扫工作场所，用应5S的方法，确保现场整洁。
Realize regular inspection according leader’s planning.
根据主管的安排，完成各种巡检。

Requirements 岗位要求：
1. Education教育背景: Technical School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline 技术学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
2. Working Experience工作经验: 3 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing 3年化工生产工作经验；
3. Technical & Professional Knowledge技术和专业知识: Working experience with DCS is preferred有DCS操作经验者优先考虑；
4. Computer skills, good interpersonal skills电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。
