Scientific Insights: We advanced psychological techniques to understand consumers' subconscious experiences and motivations. Effective processes that infuse insights into tangible branding efforts and creative communication and that differentiates us from traditional market research and branding consultancies:the ability to bridge and seamlessly connect science with creative expression.
Creative Revolution: We know how to craft a story - by taking emotional insights forward into genuine mini movies (animated/real shoot) and web-series. And we know how to market those, blended with brand experience. Story-based creative reflects scientifically obtained consumer motivations, crafted to touch the consumer emotionally, and subliminally.
Initial& Continuous Training:
Science:Initial intensive training period at TMRC in advanced psychological interviewing and analysis techniques, and ourZtory / Zinnovation processes. This training will continue in the long run and specifically on advanced insights and creative expression skills.
Creative:On-going training in professional story and screenwriting craft, advanced education / professional training will be sponsored periodically.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in humanities, psychology or marketing-related fields
? Strong creative writing and presentation skills
? Ability to work well with teams and independently
? Open-minded and skilled in team and client communication
? Ability to think sharply, creatively and prioritize rapidly
? Personable and interacts well with co-workers, clients and vendors
? Solid references from previous employers and clients
? able to travel regionally
? fluent in Chinese and English
