职位描述
1，在视频制作、影视制作、在线娱乐制作上有丰富的经验。
2，精通常用和主要的影视制作软件，具备良好的美术基础，良好的创意构思能力。
3，善于和团队成员沟通，能根据画面脚本和文字脚本，尊重故事创作者和绘画师的创作精神和理念，理解其中所表达的情感，进行视频第二次创作，达到视觉效果。善于利用镜头语言讲述故事，画面节奏感强，能掌控故事节奏。
4，具有至少2 年的相关工作经验，具有完整的后期特效制作案例。
5，大专以上学历，影视动画相关专业毕业。
6，工作认真负责，积极主动、喜欢创意和新奇事物、专注细致，有团队合作精神，善于沟通，和同事和睦相处。
