The incumbent reports to the Deputy General Manager, he/she will be responsible for managing the sales activities of semi-conductor & other electronic components distribution.

Responsibility
1. Oversee the sales activities of a sales team (Base Biz Account) and stipulate strategic sales plan
2. Manage sales activities by means of biz opportunity identification, customer visiting, sales proposition, order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
3. Follow up Japanese customers' projects transferred from Japan parent company
4. Execute sales planning, result analyzing and reporting
5. Coach and develop people of the sales team
6. Supervise and solve any issues sales staff encounter

Job Requirement
1. Higher Diploma or above in Electronic Engineering or Science related discipline
2. At least 5 years sales and marketing experience in semi-conductor industry either in principle or distributor. With knowledge of electronic component is preferable
3. Fluent English, Japanese skill is preferable but not a must
4. Proficient computer skills (especially Excel)
5. Excellent communication, presentation skill and proven negotiation skill
6. Good time management
7. Strong leadership skills and role model
8. Strong organization skill and analytical skill
9. Hard working and can work under high pressure
10. Frequent travel when required
11. Candidate with more relevant experience can be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
12. Work Location: Dalian
