Major responsibilities:
- Clearification of main technical condition for new to rent areas
- Clearification of main condition for surfaces
- Design preparation for new lease objects (Indoor/Outdoor)
- Budgetcalculation (Construction and Storefitting) for new locations
- Finishing handover conditions with potential landlords
- Handover to Project management Construction for execution
- Support lease agreement issues
- Assist Real Estate in project researching
- Support lease agreement finalizing
- Preparing of internal documents for decision
- Visibility studies on new to rent projects
Professional experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fields of architecture, design or in similar positions.
Educational background:
- University degree in the field of architecture
Job-related skills and attributes:
- Self-confident way of acting
- Negotiation skills
- Self-reliant and target-oriented way of acting / working as well as efficient way of working
- Very good MS Office skills
- Enjoy working in teams
- Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English and in the respective national language
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Skills in Auto-CAD and graphic programs like Photoshop
- Hard-working and very accurate way of working
- Enjoy working in an international environment
- Organisational talent
