-For our I&C Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Team Assistant.
What are my responsibilities?
-Office administration: office organization, correspondence, administrative tasks, reception for visitors, schedule coordination, meeting planning
-Document management (archiving, Electronic Data Management) for documents relevant to the department and employees
-Travel management (orders and settles means of transportation)
-Research all related information from public web site for all KAMs and BUs' sales, distribute to them every month
-Collect customer visit record from all KAMs, update record and new plans in customer tracing tool, summarize reports and distribute to all every month
-Translation of short document or information and distribute (about market intelligence)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-1 - 3 years job experience.
-MNC is preferred.
-Good communication skill.
What else do I need to know?
-The Siemens Mobility and Logistics Division provides solutions to customers whose business models are based on optimizing passenger and freight transport. The Division bundles all Siemens business related to management of international traffic, transport, and logistics. This includes railway automation, infrastructure logistics, intelligent traffic and transport systems, and technologies for developing the infrastructure for electric mobility.
