岗位职责：
1. 执行并完善公司的人事制度与计划，培训与发展，绩效评估，员工社会保障福利等方面的管理工作；
2. 组织并协助各部门进行招聘、培训和绩效考核等工作；
3. 执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等工作；
4. 员工人事信息管理与员工档案的维护；
5. 员工的思想工作
6. 其他人事日常工作；

岗位要求：
1.有3年以上行政人事工作经验
2.良好的团队合作精神，具备感恩心态
3.工作认真负责
4.工作独立性强
5.沪籍
