? 1: Arrange the checking task according to production plan

? 根据生产计划安排检验任务

? 2： Monitor reliability and availability of the Q-system

? 监控质量体系的可靠性和适用性

? 3：Initiate and organize internal Q-audit, coordinate external Q-audit

? 发起和组织内部质量审核，协调第二方和第三方审核

:4：Create and co-sign Q-documents Monitor implementation of all Q-documents，

? 编制和签发质量文件，监控质量体系的执行情况

:5：Monitor 6S of all Department

? 监控整个公司的6S情况

:6：Quality plan of new projects

? 制定新产品开发质量计划

:7：Handle customer complains regarding Q-issues

? 处理客户投诉及相关质量问题

:8：Annual Q-management review

? 组织年度质量评审

:9：oragnize relative department to analyse quality problem，and give the improve plan to relative department ，to push and supervise the progress of the improving，to audit and evaluate the improve result。
组织相关部门分析质量问题，要求相关部门提供改善计划，检查改善实施情况，验证改善效果

10:Check on work attendance of the inspectors，push forward the inspectors to finish the check task carefully，and fill the record form orderly and clearly。

? 对检验员进行日常考勤，督促检验员按照要求认真完成检验任务，并按照要求认真正确地填写相 关检验记录

11:Take monthly performance assessment to the inspectors according to the assessment rule details

? 按照考核细则对检验员进行绩效考核

12:To train the inspectors

?13:To manage the measuring instrument

? 15:For the unqualified products give preliminary treatment suggestion, and do a good job in isolation and identification

? 对各阶段发生的不合格品做出初步处理建议，并做好不合格品的隔离和标识工作

16：superviser the execution of the quality discipline in company， give the quality manager treatment suggestion about the nonconformity phenomenon

对公司内的质量纪律进行监督，对违反质量纪律的现象提出处理建议

Basic requirement 基本要求

1：above junior college educational background ，and the major should be related to mechanical industry

大学专科以上学历，机械或材料相关专业

2; above 5 years working experience ,and at least 2 years of quality supervisor working experience

6年以上工作经验，至少3年质量主管经验

3：Familiar with the use of common gauge, maintenance, maintenance and calibration

熟练使用常用量检具，熟悉常规量检具的维护保养以及检定的知识

4：have the stronger character ，have the stronger will on the quality discipline execution

5：can read mechanical drawing expertly，
