Job Title: Customer Service Representative, Shanghai, China
Expected onboard Time: Sep. 08
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for customer service daily operations within Shanghai for Milliken & Company. The position is located at the Milliken Enterprise Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, Milliken’s Asia Headquarter and reports directly to the Asia Customer Service Manager located in Shanghai, China.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the focal contact for customers/Sales Managers to verify the correctness of order, pricing, products, delivery date, etc and put order into SAP system.
? Follow up with the order, shipment, and quality complaint.
? Work with China, US and UK planning team to insure supply for customer orders.
? Handle exporting customs declaration related documents.
? Communication with internal and external warehouse for shipping instructions.
? Create positive customer experience for end customers and internal associates.
? Shows great responsibility and accountability for the work, focus on order detail.
? Have proactive communication skill, independent problem solving skill, being patient and good team player
Qualifications - Required:
? College or bachelor degree.
? 3-5 years’ experience in Customer service, Logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry
? Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
? Fluent in written and well in oral English
Qualifications – Preferred:
? Experience with chemicals and/or textiles preferred.
? Experience with L/C and D/P.
? Experience with SAP SD module.
