DHgate is looking for an organized, detail oriented and innovative Senior Program/Project Manager, Acquisition Marketing. This person is an exceptional world-class problem solver with a passion for data, executing based on data insights, and highly efficient at project management. You love to collaborate with other leaders in a highly cross-functional role, and are comfortable taking on a highly visible and critical initiative, setting goals, leading and driving flawless execution. You are better than the average person at identifying and fixing problems or taking advantage of opportunities quickly. You get things done, and you get it done quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
? Identify problem areas or opportunities in the acquisition department (Paid search, SEO, display advertising, email) and define innovatively efficient solutions to address the problem or opportunity.
? Plan and drive the execution of critical initiatives that drives business forward
? Manages and ensure all checkpoints, milestones and deliverables are executed on time, on budget, and on target.
? Provide insights and best practices to cross-functional teams
? Work with cross functional teams to continuously improve their efficiency and performance
? Constantly on top of the latest SEO/SEM and other online marketing trends and news
? Report on web metrics and do deep dive analysis as necessary
? Conduct market/competitor research to be leveraged in the execution of the campaigns
? Get things done quickly and efficiently.

A successful candidate will also demonstrate:
? High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
? Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes. With strong desire to continuously improve processes & deliver against agreed objectives/ service levels
? Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
? Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
? Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
? Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; general manager / owner mentality
? Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
? Experience working across functions and with internal and external business partners
? Proven ability to get things done quickly and efficiently.
Required:

? BA/BS is required
? 3+ years of hands-on SEM/SEO/Affiliate/Email Marketing or related experience

Preferred
? International working experience
? Ecommerce experience
? Basic fluency in written and verbal English
