Key tasks include:
-Managing the outsourcing social media team
-Maintaining the operation of DHgate’s community on local social network (VK, facebook, etc.), such as running promotion, growing virality, etc.
-Running ads campaign and being responsible for user acquisition and ROI performance
-Growing the community/followers by running various activities
-To make reports for daily tracking, as well as on a regular basis

Qualifications:
?Bachelor’s degree with 3 year experience
? Proven track record of success in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
? Proficient in English in reading, writing, and speaking
? Understanding of social network channels for user acquisition, i.e. facebook, renren, kaixin, vk, etc.
? Proactive attitude, detail oriented, and a team player
? Organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
? 6+ years of marketing and/or online experience with SNS related experience preferred
