Purpose of the Job 职位目的：
ensure the good running of purchase from ordering to warehousing and improve logistics performance
确保采购合同顺利执行，提高物流服务水平

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：

1.采购订单的管理，库存的控制（根据供应商信贷限额，销售预测和定单及安全库存制定采购计划）
2.监督日常进出库记录。
3.监督送货，运输。
4.物流成本的控制。
5.第三方物流的管理，包括外包仓库和货运公司，报关公司等。
6.协调厂家和客户的质量投诉等。
7.不断的改进流程，提高部门的工作效率，并加强和其他部门的合作默契度。

Reporting Relationships汇报：
Report to general manager
报告给总经理

Subordinate 下属:
logistics officer
物流专员


Qualifications任职资格：
- College degree in logistics, procurement or international trade
- 物流、采购或国际贸易专业本科以上
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar position in chemical industry preferred. 2 years at supervisor level
化工行业和相似职位至少5年以上工作经验将优先考虑；2年主管经历
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-planning and sensitive to figures
工作主动, 做事注重细节,擅长计划, 对数字敏感
- Good Computer handling in ERP and Excel， Good Communication skills and fluent English, CET 6 is preferred
良好的电脑技能(ERP 和Excel)，英文读写熟练， 具有良好的沟通能力,六级优先
