职位描述
As the most frequent point of contact between customers and Croda, to ensure that customer orders are promptly and efficiently processed through to fulfill in accordance, as far as possible, with the customer's requests.
? Co-ordinate the activities of all internal & external departments (Accounts, Sales, Warehouse and Transport) involved in the order fulfillment process.
? Ensure the order is accurately entered in the system and progressed.
? Provide timely and accurate information about the order to the customer.
? Check product availability and liaise with factories to ensure fulfillment of the order on the customer's required delivery date.
? Creatively identifying possible solutions in the event of insufficient product availability
? Ensure compliance with Croda's credit control policy.
? Promptly, firmly but politely informing customers of any credit or account issues that are preventing acceptance or progression of an order
? Keep customers informed of any changes in the timing of their orders due to production or other problems
? Help to reduce slow moving stock and working capital by regularly reviewing concessional stock and offering this stock to suitable customers
? Develop to maximize revenue collection by regularly reviewing blocked and out-standing orders
? Support improvement of the order fulfillment process by raising issues and contributing suggestions at internal meetings
? Promptly dealing with any complaints a customer may raise
? Assist sales team to place sample order and ensure the sample delivery to the potential customers.
? Organize documentation in order to meet the local customs clearance requirement.
? Prepare monthly & quarterly sales data report if request
Requirement:
? Self-motivated
? Able to work to deadlines
? Understanding of I/E procedure
? Familiar with MS Office software and competent in Navision/ SAP/IT business system
? A good team player
? Attention to detail, high level of interpersonal skills on both internal and external communications
? A good English Language is necessary.
