General Summary & Purpose:

Make sure invoice are issued on time, B/Ls are released without mistake, and AR are under well control.

Make sure payables are paid accurately and without delay

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Standardized:

AR:
1. Responsible for AR control

2. Monitor invoice issue status

3. Released B/Ls against payment received

4. Settle and book payment collections in systems.

5. Be responsible for AR dues from overseas agents and state agents outside Shanghai；

6. Assist CSAV to expedite CSAV’s AR due from COSCO

AP:

1. Check and arrange payments to vendors

2. Settle payments in both KT & Kingdee.

3. Audit staff monthly reimbursement and other admin expense payments

4. Check CSAV statements and follow FCN.

5. Audit payments applied from ports outside SHN.

6. Check and settle profit with COSCO.

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):

Education: -- College degree

Experience: --2~3 years relevant working experience is preferred

Language: -- Moderate English skills in writing and speaking, CET-4 at least

Computer Literacy: --Microsoft Office, especially in Excel

Specialist Knowledge: --Accountant certificate

Essential Skills: -- Careful; Good communication skills.

Core-Competence: -- Team Spirit; Customer focus.
