具体要求：
1. 保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系，全力维护开发潜在客户和已有客户资源；
2. 负责接受到访客人的咨询并向客人介绍及销售学校的课程内容；
3. 积极主动完成并超越公司制定的月度、年度绩效销售任务；
4. 做好客户关系维护和管理工作；
5. 与学生建立良好的关系，确保学生完成学习目标；
6. 协助校方管理，做好学员服务，处理学生在学习中遇到的问题。

职责描述：
1. 大学专科或以上学历，英语专业优先，五官端正、形象佳；
2. 两年以上实际销售经验，具有培训行业工作验者优先考虑；
3．英语水平良好，口语沟通能力强；
4. 有良好的客户服务态度和服务技巧；
5. 有积极主动的工作和人生态度，有热情、有爱心、个性开朗，学习能力强，有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
6. 适应较强的工作压力和灵活的工作时间；
7. 能熟练使用办公室软件。

To help students navigate the path, IPS has hired a group of American teachers who graduated from world-renowned universities and have rich teaching experiences. They will integrate Chinese problem-solving techniques and American open education methods to reveal the blind spots and limitations of exam-oriented education, and break through the barriers that arise when testing in a foreign language. With face-to-face and online problem-solving instruction, our foreign teachers will provide students with a unique opportunity to experience American-style learning, gain a competitive edge and steadily improve their English skills and test scores.
