1、负责新、老学员的教师安排、课程安排工作，管理学生档案；

2、负责对学生教学进度的追踪及了解，并进行全面指导，对学生出现的任何问题，给予及时输导和解决；经常与教师、家长沟通交流，做好相关回访记录；

3、教师的招聘、面试、管理工作；

4、协助咨询师工作，进行老客户的回访及信息的反馈，增加现有学员的二次销售转化；

5、培训部其他相关性工作。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，熟练地使用office办公软件；

2、形象气质良好，普通话标准，口齿清晰，举止大方，性格开朗，思维敏捷；

3、有良好的团队合作精神，普通话标准流利，语言表达能力强，富有亲和力；

4、熟悉英语学习及生活特点，善于和学生进行良好的沟通交流；

5、能适应工作中的临时加班；

6、师范、教育、心理相关专业者，有教育培训行业工作经验者优先，本岗位接收优秀应届毕业生。
