1.The main missions of the role are:
- Take full responsibility on warehouse management, include warehouse process, materials re-ceiving and issue, physical stock control with planner, OTD and SAP SD and warehouse related data maintenance, assign task to warehouse keepers.
全面负责仓库的管理：仓库流程的制定，材料的接收与发送，监督计划对实物库存的控制，成品交货，SAP 与仓库相关数据的维护，分配仓库管理员的日常工作。
- Make sure on time delivery to customers
确保客户端及时交付。
- Arrange and adjust the store area reasonably to get the best capacity for W/H
对仓库存储区域做安排与调整，最大化利用仓库区域。
- Arrange rolling inventory counting and regular inventory counting, analyse the gaps.
安排循环盘点和定期盘点，对盘点差异做分析。
- Investigate the root cause for external and internal complaints and find solution.
对内外部客户抱怨的分析,找到解决方案。
- Identify improvement areas and drive continuous improvement
识别改善区域，推进持续改进。
- Arrange subordinate’s work properly, improve staff quality and efficiency, create a team work environment.
合理安排下属工作，提高员工工作质量和效率，创造团队合作的环境。
- Keep warehouse neatly and clearly
保持仓库的整洁与干净。
- Manage consignment warehouse with co-ordinator
协助协调员对第三方仓库的管理。
2.Basic requirement:
- college education or above
大专以上学历
- More than three years warehouse management experience in foreign invested manufacturing .
3年以上外商投资生产企业仓库管理经验。
3.Special knowledge and skill
- Familiar with SAP system
