岗位职责：
1、与其他客服人员配合分工，完成发货流程。主要负责烫衣、叠衣，装箱打包。
2、负责晚班客服，18：00后开始客服工作，回复客人咨询,了解客户的需要,通过有效的沟通,解决客人的问题，不是销售性质。
3、定期整理仓库，进行盘点。
4、做五休二，工作时间：周二至周六，工作时间：下午13：00到晚上21：30
5、有带薪年假，年底双薪，另加分红。家住附近者优先。
6、要求细心，工作负责，能吃苦耐劳，有服务意识。
