Requirements:
1. Willing to work hard and ambitious for success.
2. Highly-motivated and willing to do the hands-on design, testing or bench tuning work.
3. Ability to do multi-tasking jobs in high quality and perform under pressure.
4. Strong presentation and inter-personal communication skills.

Qualifications:
1. Most recent 2+ years experience in GaAs HBT MMIC or CMOS RFIC design.
2. Solid microwave circuit design knowledge and strong hands-on experience with the bench tuning.
3. Familiar with testing equipment such as signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer power meter etc.
4. Familiar with simulation and layout tools such as ADS, Cadence, Protel, AutoCAD or similar.
5. MS. degree in Electrical Engineering.
