Responsibilities

§ General ledger and sub-ledger accounting

§ Product cost calculation according to China GAAP and company regulations

§ Prepare monthly closing (HB1) including related reporting (e.g. HB2 Report) to headquarter

§ Prepare quarterly consolidation in alignment with headquarter

§ Monthly consolidation with affiliated companies

§ Prepare annual financial audit, support external audit company and distribute reports

§ Prepare and manage annual fixed assets physical inventory count

Skills / Qualifications

§ At least bachelor degree in accounting and finance

§ 5 years finance experience in financial accounting and financial costing

§ Advanced ERP system experience, such as SAP

§ Accountability & integrity;

§ Ability to work under pressure & organizing ability

§ Self-confident appearance

§ Good analyzing skills and good understanding of overall business processes

§ Advanced English communication skills

In charge of

§ Proper and accurate bookkeeping of any kind of business cases within company’s natural business activities

§ Timely, monthly closing and consolidation with affiliated companies

§ Execution of business processes consistent with China GAAP, valid local and company regulations
