Responsibilities

? Accumulate a strong candidate database within your specialized job function for one certain
? Industry;
? Source, interview and meet candidates to find good opportunity for them;
? Manage multi-recruiting pipelines / job openings and hit revenue / KPI targets;
? Initiate regular client visits with team members for Business Development;
? Closely contact with client window and follow up with job status;
? Manage client relationship and provide key client services;
? Maximize the usage of candidate / client / vacancy resources, cross-selling with other colleagues;

Requirements

? 3 years headhunting background or industry background (sales experience is preferred);
? Good image and proactive attitude;
? Result driven, strong team working spirit and can work under pressure;
? Extrovert, mature and strong business sense;
? Fluent English;
