岗位职责:

Responsible for monthly product arrangement of general assembly

负责每月装配生产安排

Set up new product assembly process and make the related WI documents

设计新产品装配过程，编写有关作业指导书；

-Team work for problem solving during production process

参与解决产品生产过程中的问题；

General 5S management and discipline of general assembly，manage to keep work floor tidy

负责装配车间的日常5S管理和纪律执行，领导操作工保持现场的清洁

organize the work of the assembly operator and record products quantity, keep the assembly room work in the order

合理安排装配操作工的工作,记录产品数量，保证装配车间工作有序

Responsible for lens cutting operation and process test as well as oil printing, oil temperature machine etc. related to general assembly

负责镭射切割机, 油墨印刷，油温机等装配使用的机器的操作和工艺调试

Arrange to train operator to improve operation skill

安排员工培训提高操作技能

Responsible for work orders issue, material return, production, scan, record, semi-manufactures issue, products storage etc.

负责工单领料，退料，生产，扫描，记录，半成品处理，成品入库等整个流程

Control operators leave application，recruitment, training etc.

负责对员工请假、招聘、培训等的管理

Other job required by the leader.

Qualification:

资格要求：

-College education is at least, major in Mechanical or Plastic Material

大专及以上学历，机械或塑料成型专业

-Familiar with QS/TS system; familiar with drawing, understand assembly process

熟悉QS/TS 质量体系,熟悉工程制图

-Has experience in medical manufactured international company as a leader for min. 3 years

有外企医疗器械工厂工作经验，至少三年领班经历

-Good English reading, writing, speaking is prefer

英语听说读写良好

-Excellent communication skill

优秀的沟通技巧

Solve problem independently and good team work spirit

具有较强的独立解决问题能力和良好沟通能力以及团队合作精神

Familiar to use PC is required

熟练使用电脑是需要的
