职位描述
Develop key strategic relationships will all major stakeholders, such as design institution, asset owner, in the Key Industry within key geographic markets within China.
Work with Global Elliott ROG Product Manager to and channel partners to develop new business opportunities.
Ensure profitable sales development to increase coverage and support sales growth in the target Industry.
Develop local sales and marketing plans, including Marketing Communication .
Develop local competency through product and applications training.
Develop a platform for communication of WH Industry product application stories for use by our global marketing management protocols.
Provide marketing intelligence for Elliott ROG products, e.g. market potential, analysis of market share, competitors’ activity etc.
Regularly evaluate performance to budget, monitor and analyze price, volume and market share development and implement required actions. Submit reports and forecast reviews.
Ensure regular training programs for distribution partners and customers are adhered and quality improvements continually maintained.
Identify key road blocks to Elliott ROG sales growth to management and propose solutions or remedies where applicable.
Has a minimum of 5 years experience from technical sales and key account management within the general industry, such as Oil & Gas, Shipyard, Power Generation. Prefer to have experience in selling valve or flow meter products
Has a proven sales track record in value selling business model.
Strong presentation development and delivery skills.
Must have good communication written and verbal skills.
Sound IT knowledge and be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Strong customer service focus and experience in field technical sales support and management.
Able to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
