Job Responsibility :

Checks content of specifications that is relevant to the development and derives requirements specifications andperformance interface agreements from it;
Controls the development progress;
Is responsible for the standardisation of products with the help of trend analysis;

Implements Design Reviews and Design FMEA`s internally and externally and transfers the results into the productdesign;
Ensures that all relevant design changes are evaluated through calculation and that the quality standards related to the project are adhered to Implementation of construction FMEAs and feasibility studies in line with the development;

Control of appointments/deadlines and financial budgets that are relevant to the project (development timing plans);
Processing of open points;
Definition of the development framework with regards to costs and deadlines;

Applies for respective resources for the manufacturing of prototypes ;
Coordination of timeous manufacturing of prototypes ;
Release of prototypes;

Identification of customer requirements and targets ;
Clarification of requirements and guidelines in terms of the development, coordination of the development progress and the development planning in cooperation with customers, suppliers and technical departments (customer visits, presentations);

Management of and responsibility for development projects/tasks ;
Provides resources and releases tests.

Requirement :

University degree or adaquate degree;
Minimum 1 years of job experience ;
Good knowledge about production processes in automotive industry, automotive knowledge,knowledge in project management and development in automotive industry;
Experience in leading international teams and economical basic skills;
Good english skills verbal/written.
