任职资格：
1）3年以上规模制造企业招聘实操经历，全日制本科学历，具备整车制造企业、汽车设计公司工作经验者优先考虑；
2）熟悉企业的招聘流程及各种招聘渠道，对人力资源管理事务性工作有娴熟的处理技巧；
3）擅于沟通与协调，具备高度的责任心与主动学习能力，有敏锐的洞察能力，能承受工作压力。

岗位职责：
1)负责组织落实招聘目标的完成
- 与内部客户确定招聘目标及标准；
- 根据招聘需求，设计配套招聘计划实施招聘方案；
- 组织落实面试过程实施并达成目标：搜集简历，对简历进行分类、筛选，安排聘前测试，确定面试名单，通知应聘者前来面试（笔试），对应聘者进行初步面试（笔试）考核，出具综合评价意见；
2)维护与拓展专业的内外部招聘渠道
- 针对公司不同岗位使用不同的招聘渠道，在满足招聘需求的同时控制成本，不断提高招聘效率；
- 统一管理招聘网站及岗位需求信息的发布；
- 建立人才资料库，并不断宣传和推动内部员工推荐；
- 定期评估渠道使用的效果，并持续改进；

- 跟踪和搜集同行业人才动态，吸引优秀人才加盟公司；
3)建立专业的招聘流程及方法
- 根据公司不同岗位的专业要求与岗位工作特点，使用配套的招聘流程/标准、评估工具及表单：与用人部门进行招聘流程、招聘方法与技巧的沟通和交流，提高招聘活动效率；
- 明确不同岗位的面试筛选方法及权限；
- 针对周、季度、年度招聘情况进行总结并输出分析报告（改进方案）；

- 协调办理员工招聘、入职、离职、调任、升职等手续。
