SCOPE OF WORK：
√Missions:
- Plan and monitor all Work Orders, keeping in mind quality and customer’s satisfaction
- Insure the industrial capacity stay at its best performance through preventive maintenance
- Maintain ERP’s information accurate and updated
√Your typical responsibilities are (but not limited to):
- Review and/or create BOM & routing in the ERP
- Edit, Plan and follow work orders (in the workshop and on the ERP)
- Manage Workshop floor (Staff & Equipment)
- Help on pump and systems assemblies
- Make sure the production is on time to avoid any delay.
- Active participation to 5S & Lean Manufacturing activities.
- Create and follow preventive maintenance plans
- Participate to yearly budget evaluation and following

Qualifications:

Reports to (Function): Plant manager

Managing: all workers (3 at the moment)

Education: Mechanical background, Bachelor degree preferred

Experience: 3 years or more experience in similar position

Supervisory experience: Post experience managing a production team

Technical proficiencies: Understanding of drawings is a must, work at ease with ERPs.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm.
