Requirement
1.Bachelor with 10 years or Master with 7 years working experience in fiber optical communication industry.
2.Proven team management capability.
3.Very familiar with all fiber optical communication devices and modules.
4.Very good understanding of all kinds of optical communication test parameters and test equipments.
5.Familiar with some optical communication module standards (like MSA) is a plus.
6.Good in English and communication skills.
7.Good Project management skill is a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead test team to:
1.Investigate/Evaluate product test requirement from project team.
2.Define product test strategy including test flow, test parameters and test method.
3.Generate test software requirement to software team.
4.Develop and qualify high reliability test system and release to internal our customers.
5.Test hardware development is a plug, such as evaluation board, Bert boards, etc.
