职位描述
1.利用网络营销手段（Google Adwords/Retargeting）获取国际目标买家
2.与产品类目管理部门协作，挖掘顾客需求和产品卖点，确定推广策略。
3.瞄准目标顾客群，精准投放广告，跟踪和优化广告，最大化KPI。
4.独立分析广告投放数据，总结投放问题，拟定解决策略。
5.图片广告设计，根据要求设计出视觉美观的banner广告
6.收集、总结、分析产品营销过程中的市场信息，向产品目录管理部门提供建设性意见。
7.了解各种网络营销新方式，进行可行性调研。

任职资格
1. 大学本科及以上学历
2. 英语书面与口语熟练（重要）
3. 熟悉Google Adwords广告投放者优先
4. 熟练掌握Google Analytics（或Omniture）网站分析工具者优先。
5. 善于逻辑推理，数据挖掘与分析能力强
6. Excel、PPT，Photoshop使用熟练
7. 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力
8. 具有平面广告设计功底者优先

Responsibilities

1.Make use of online marketing mediums,especially SEM, to achieve the targeted customers from overseas;
2.Cooperate with product managers to find out the customer's demand and the advantage of our products;
3.Make online markting campaigns and keep track of the effects,optimize the targeted audience and the creative of ads;
4.Marketing reports analysis,maximize ROI and achieve our marketing goals.
5.Learn new online marketing mediums and make researches about how to apply.
6.Design banner ads for products.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.BA/BS degree,and one year work experience.
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
3.Proficiency in PPT,Excel & Photoshop
4.Strong market and data analysis skills.
5.Ability to learn new knowledge and sum up work experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Know about Google Adwords,Analytics and Ominiture.
2.Experience of managing Adwords account and marketing budget.
