Responsibility:
- Responsible for quality related data analysis out, failures/costs analysis
and analysis of special methods for certain Brand vehicles
- Improvement of fault elimination process together with external and
internal technical departments/customers
- Support of escalation process, technical product information process, and
other quality related processes
- Preparation of documents and management of templates for meetings
and speeches
- Report and presentation of work results
- Other technical tasks


Requirements:
- Completed bachelor or master degree in Automotive Engineering,
Mechanical, Electric/Electronic or in a similar area
- More than 5 years project experience in technical service of OEMs
- Able to work independently and as a team number as well
- Good at problem solving and good intercultural competence and
- Very good Chinese language skills, both Mandarin and Cantonese
languages, English and German skills is a plus
