Responsibilities

- Overhead Cost Controlling incl. monthly preparation of cost allocation sheet (BAB) and preparatory activities thereof

- Monitor material flows and take corrective measures, if applicable

- Determine product cost analysis and manage correlative adjustment measures

- Prepare financial analysis and reports according to management and headquarter requirements

- Prepare tariffs (hourly rates) for customer quotations

- Prepare monthly break even calculation

- Calculate and collect company key performance indicators

- Analyze and report key performance to management

- Prepare and distribute monthly reporting packages to management

- Consult and support in case of current businesses processes to be adjusted

- Consult management in problem solving and decision making by analyzing commercial aspects of problems on hand

- Comply with GAAP, corporate policy and local regulations at any time

Skills (Qualifications)

- Bachelor/Master degree in financial accounting or controlling

- 5 years finance experience with 3 year controlling experience in manufacturing company

- Advanced analytical skills

- Task oriented, pre active working style and problem solving skills

- Experienced with ERP system, such as SAP

- Accountability & integrity;

- Very good English skills

In charge of

- Providing accurate data for analysis of any kind of commercial problems and supporting proper decision making thereof

- Maintaining accurate and complete reporting at any time consistent with company regulations and management needs

- Improving effectiveness and results by continuously reconsidering current business processes in place
