• _{Daily MRP running and inventory checking, create and place replenishment order; maintain AB date in SAP system; pull in and push out order based on actual sales demand;}

• _{Daily co-work with warehouse to ensure on time goods receiving, delivery, goods return, quality call back and stock block.}

• _{Weekly OTDS analysis to take improvement action;}
• _{Weekly inventory structure review to reduce excess and clean up dead stock}

• _{Involve in monthly S&OP process, actively communicate with BU and marketing to get information of business activities, forecast … Participate in new launch project to setting logistics flow and prepare initial stock.}

• _{Monthly review with supplier about forecast, capacity and backlog order; follow up supplier ESSR performance and improvement action plan, help supplier on raw material and production management.}

• _{Quarterly inventory parameters (ABC/FMR, SS, EOQ) analysis and adjustment, update review results in SAP system}
