Job Description: The Sales Representative will report to the China National Sales Manager. His/her responsibilities include:

? Develop sales and customer relationships, working closely with our network of distributors throughout China. The sales manager will be expected to meet or exceed individual sales targets established by his/her supervisor
? Daily customer visit and Frequent travel may be required, since this is the only way the associate can build lasting customer relationships required to generate demand and understand customer requirements
? Establish relationships with telecom operators such as China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom, specifically people in the Outside Plant (OSP) design and installation departments (Cable installation). In addition, the Sales Manager will be required to establish relationships with other influencers including contractors, and outside designers.
? Identify and select new distributors as necessary. Support the recruitment, education and development of new partners. Manage distributors to meet (or exceed) their sales goals. Take a proactive role in setting objectives and business plan with distributors. Motivate and support distributors to achieve their goals.
? Conduct customer seminars. Participate in on-site installations with customers, providing technical input when necessary.

? 要求日常客户拜访和需要经常性出差,对于销售而言,这是建立持久客户关系、理解客户需求的必然途径。

? 根据业务发展,开发、培训新代理商,帮助代理商设定销售目标,并支持、激励代理商顺利完成。
? 负责客户技术交流会宣讲,并负责工程施工的现场培训,提供技术支持。

? Good command of oral and written English
? Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in the telecom industry with strong sales performance track record;

? Detail oriented, strong organizational skills; strong problem-solving capability and strategic thinking
