Major Responsibilities:
1. Work with a team to develop rich user interfaces for social network site.
2. Build web pages and/or features based on established design direction.
3. HTML and CSS development with LESS preprocessor
4. Maintaining a high awareness of industry best practices, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability, SEO, responsive design, and emerging technologies, and keep team members informed as appropriate, with a view to incorporating these in future projects.
5. Write quality, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
6. Requirement analysis, design, develop, validate and testing of web application.
7. Drive for consistent user interaction by consolidating on common reusable components.
8. Work directly with product management and the user experience group to help determine and solve the customer needs through our products.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements
1. Above 3 years of relevant experience in Web development.
2. Familiarity with responsive design, and the solutions to CSS compatibility issues of all kinds of mainstream browsers, touch pad, and mobile.
3. Familiarity with the W3C standards, proficient in use of HTML4/5, CSS3 (LESS), and SEO to make web pages.
4. Familiarity with JQuery.
5. Demonstrated ability to follow design direction.
6. Fluent read/written communication skills in both of English and Mandarin.
7. Facebook, Twitter, or other social network setup and development experience a plus.
8. Strong communication skills and attention to details.
9. Ability to work well in multi-cultural environment.
10. University graduate or above, major in computer science or related discipline.
