Job Description:
1. Manage new employee onboard procedures and termination formalities; support managers to manage new employee probation evaluation process;
2. Be responsible for employment contract management, including new labor contract signing, renew and etc.
3.Manage monthly payroll, and ensure monthly salary and social benefit account accuracy and on-time payment;
4. Maintain HR database; Ensure data integrity in all HR related databases;
5. Make monthly HR reports like headcount report, tax report, organization chart, and etc;
6. Manage employee attendance, maintain leave record;
7. Support sales incentive rollout;
8. Maintenance of employee Hand book;
9. Maintain and keep employee personnel files;
10. Other tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements
1.University degree and above; With minimum of 1 years compensation & benefit related working experience in foreign invested company;
2.Good spoken and writing English skills;
3.Good computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PPT);
4.Be familiar with local HR related policies/ regulations.
5.Highly motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
6.Keep confidentiality and detailed oriented
7.Ability to coordinate several activities at any one time and take initiative to respond rapidly to urgent requests.
