岗位职责 / Responsibility：
- 及时了解生产部制定的年、季、月、周生产计划并按时、按质、按量完成计划。
Keep abreast of the production department to establish annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly production
plan and complete on time according to the quality and quantity.
- 及时了解本工段的在制品贮备情况，做好本模块的各项管理工作。
Keep abreast of the WIP storage situation, manage the module well.
- 抓好安全生产，模块环境卫生、产品零件的流转畅通。
Guarantee industrial safety, on-site cleaning and smooth flow of products.
- 及时了解本模块职工的思想动态、合理分配和安排调动其生产积极性。
Timely keep in touch with module workers' ideological trends and mobilize their enthusiasm for
production with rational distribution and arrangement.
- 配合有关部门做好新机床、新产品使用前的准备工作。
Cooperate with relevant departments to make preparations before the use of new machines/products.
- 用VDA6.0和TS16949的标准监控生产。
Monitor production with VDA6.0 and TS16949 standards.
- 若出现质量问题协助相关人员及时处理。
Cooperate with relevant people to handle quality problems.
- 工作中出现偏差或违反规定的现象应及时采取有效措施同时向上级反映。
Take effective measures and report to superior in case of deviation in goal achievement or deregulation.
- 接受及完成上级布置在其职责范围内的工作任务。
