1 Technical Tasks:

The factory

·Coordination and planning the implementation of concrete plans considering plant design and process engineering. Contents are the planning, coordination and implementation of projects for extension and re-configuration of production. One of the major Tasks is the concept and detailed design, tendering and procurement, and integration of new equipment and manufacturing processes. Further the integration management into the existing design ensuring legal compliance on the basis of the applicable regulations and laws.
·Process Engineering for automotive industry
·Project Management for Process integration into Factory: RFQ preparation, procurement tracking, Coordination and Supervision of Machine implementation, Try Out production, hand over serial production
·Training and Document implementation for equipment
·Observation of conformity with the law for equipment

Production Engineering

·Factory / master planning based on a holistic production system
·Plant design, process and material flow planning, layout and operating resources planning, preparation of tender and RFQ documents for plant design, production equipment, operation resources and logistics analysis and design, optimization of production processes based on a holistic production system
·"Lean Production" , benchmarking and monitoring of manufacturing processes
·Optimization of production structures

Procurement Management

·Creation and coordination of technical tender documents, defining and execution of internal standards for the implementation of a unified production concept, merging of department requirement specifications, investment Assessment and Planning, etc.

Project management and Implementation

·Creating Concept drafts (macro - layout) with time schedule, Requirement description and budget costing. Scope definition and creation of specifications for total volume, creating project order
·Creation of PSP and operation planning with details of content, scheduling and costs
·Detailed engineering and planning of Micro Layout
·Cost, scheduling and resource planning
·Tendering, Procurement, integration
·Capability analysis (cpk), efficiency statements
·Launch Coordination
·Hand over and project completion

Legal compliance

·Ensuring legal compliance on the basis of the applicable regulations and laws.

2 Functional Qualifications:
·CAD knowledge
·knowledge in project management
·Leadership skills

3 Education:
·Completed undergraduate studies focal point on engineering (e.g. industrial engineering, mechatronics, electronic, machine construction, chemical engineering)

4 Professional Experience:
·Experience in Foreign Enterprise
·Experience in Manufacturing
·Experience in Automotive
·Experience in Leadership
·Excellent Knowledge in English Language

5 Specific Knowledge:
·Experience in executing projects, several years of experience in a similar function of an industrial company

·基于整体的生产体系的工厂/主计划
·厂房的设计、工艺、物流规划、布局和操作资源规划、为厂房的设计、生产设备、操作资源和物流的分析和设计准备投标文件和RFQ文件, 基于整体的生产体系优化生产流程。
·“精益生产”,标杆管理和监控制造工艺
·优化生产结构

采购管理

·为统一的生产理念实施，制作、协调技术投标文件、定义和执行内部标准。融合部门需求说明、投资评估和规划等。

项目管理和实施

·创作带有时间安排、需求描述和预算成本的理念草案(宏观布局)。为总量规范进行范围定义和创作、创建项目订单
·创建PSP和运行计划的详细内容、调度和成本
·微观布局的详细工程和规划
·成本、调度和资源规划
·招标、采购、协调
·能力分析(cpk)、效率报表
·生产协调
·移交以及竣工

遵守法律

·基于适用的法律法规基础上确保遵从法律规定
