ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Keep on improving X-Rite penetration and coverage in various market segments in automotive industries in China with multitier Go-to-Market strategy and approaches;

2. Develop and expand optimal market coverage for X-Rite in China with respect to tap into automotive industries.

3. Develop and implement strategic and large account strategy; Effectively identify and develop business opportunities with large accounts; Develop effective daily management process to drive success of the team on large account initiatives; Work closely with large accounts as well as their supply chains, by individual sales activities and leading the team, to make sure X-Rite the top-of-mind option to them and secure sales revenue growth with these key customers;


4. Develop channel strategy, evaluate market coverage and implement effective dealer sales management (goal setting, performance evaluation, help formulating successful dealer programs in cooperation with X-Rite field marketing manager and dealers) in order to reach greater share of X-Rite business in dealer portfolio and achieve significant revenue growth of X-Rite business.

5. Provide product training and marketing support to distributors/dealers in the region.

6. By preparing and monitoring short to medium term sales plans and projections to effectively and tactically execute the business development and promotional programs in support of those goals and objectives the company set up for.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Preferably with major in paint, coating, material science or related field

2. Knowledge and experience in QC/QA in paint or coating, appearance design or processing or related areas in automotive industry

3. Experienced in strategic account sales and strategic market development

4. Solid understanding of independent dealer channel with above 5 years experience in and proven track record in driving and supporting a 3rd party sales and marketing team

5. Good communication in both English and mandarin

6. Strong interpersonal communication skills

7. Highly self motivated and disciplined with the spirit of “ pursuit of excellence”

8. A professional team player

9. Good execution and time management capability and positive attitude

10. Willingness to travel
