负责德国知名品牌DICHTOMATIK的密封件产品的销售

Seal products responsible for German brand DICHTOMATIK's sales

主要职责 Main Responsibilities

1.该职位向公司总经理汇报。主要职责领导国内市场的增长以及销售团队的发展。 This position reports to the general manager of the company. The main responsibility is leadership of development of the growth of the domestic market and sales team.
2.根据公司业务目标，带领销售团队完成销售指标，通过有效的客户关系管理维护战略合作伙伴。 According to the company business target, leading the sales team to achieve sales target, through the effective management of customer relationships,and maintenance strategic partner
3.客户销售合同的签订执行等 Customer sales contract execution

4.能了解中国密封件市场和竞争环境，并制定相应的战略规划和策略性执行。To understand the Chinese seal and competitive market environment, and formulates the corresponding strategy planning and strategy implementation
5.负责本部门的费用预算与控制，带领团队完成本部门的销售目标 In charge of cost budget and control the Department, leading the team to complete the sales target

6.能培训和指导销售团队成员，提升其专业销售能力。To provide training and guidance to sales team members, to enhance their professional sales skills

7.建立和加强销售过程管理，以实现最大效能和高签约率。Establish and strengthen the sales process management, to achieve maximum efficiency and high rate of signing

任职要求 Qualifications：
1.本科以上学历，机械及工业相关专业；University degree with major in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related;

2.有密封件行业5年以上同等销售经验，3年以上管理经验；Over 5 years sales experience in similar industry with at least 3 years in management position;

3.熟悉密封件行业客户,有销售渠道，有良好的人脉关系；Familiar with the seal industry customers, sales channels, has good connections

4.良好的沟通技巧、团队协作能力及谈判能力、决策力;good communication skills, good team cooperation ability, and good negotiation skills and decision-making skills.

5.流利的口语和书面英语。 Ability to communicate in Company language (fluent) spoken and written English

6.能承受较强的工作压力，具有良好的心理素质；Ability to work under strong pressure with good psychology& personal quality;

德克迈特德氏封（Dichtomatik）是一家提供专业高品质密封件和密封系统解决方案的公司。静态应用方面：我们提供公制、英制及其他国际标准尺寸的所有静态密封件，包括：O形圈、O形条、端盖密封和组合密封件等。我们有符合各种要求的静态密封材料且通过一系列认，例如： DIN-DVGW,KTW,WRC,FDA,NSF及ACS。
        往复运动方面：我们提供标准尺寸的活塞及活塞杆密封件、U形圈、防尘圈、及导向元件等。客户可根据要求选择不同密封截面和不同密封材料如：NBR、PTFE或PU等。
        旋转运动方面：我们有带或不带保护唇的NBR和FKM的、标准旋转轴密封件。我们还提供特殊的橡胶包覆金属骨架油封及耐高压的双保护密封唇和加固密封唇的油封。
