工作职责

熟悉空运操作流程
空运出口业务的日常操作 追踪货物动态等各项事宜；
负责与国外代理、国内客户的联络工作；
协助销售维护既有客户；
开发和评估各分包商 包括合作代理、报关行等；
为客户出口询价并确认价格后，接受委托，并将客户的委托及时与其他部门沟通、协调；

岗位要求：
1. 掌握基本货运知识，熟悉货运操作流程；
2. 大专以上学历，具有一年以上货运公司空运客服经验优先；
3. 工作细心认真，善于沟通，具有团队精神，诚实敬业，有服务意识、客户至上、工作流程的理念；
4. 有一定英语基础，CET-4或同等水平及以上优先考虑；
