Job Responsibilities:

- Daily cash report and collection report

- Collect and check original documents of payment request, ensure all the payment requests are got proper approval

- Collect all the banking documents after payment from bank

- Input accounting record into accounting software

- Monthly cash flow/ P&L/B/S reconciliation/ Bank account balance reconciliation

- Draft controllable expenses list of auto and international courier charges monthly.

- Update FA list monthly

- Download and check monthly car petrol charges from Shanghai ETC official network.

Qualifications Required:

- Familiar with office software(Excel and Word),major should be accounting related
