岗位职责JD:

1. 根据各部门的采购申请并结合实际情况，负责审核各部门的采购申请。
Be responsible for auditing the purchasing application of every department according to their application based on the actual status;

2. 根据各部门的采购申请，负责搜寻合适的供应商。
Be responsible for searching appropriate suppliers according to the purchasing application of each department;

3. 根据各生产部门的采购申请，协同生产技术人员，负责生产原材料的采购，签订采购合同。
Be responsible for the purchasing of production material and signing the purchase contract according to the purchasing application of each department, cooperating with the production technicians;

4. 根据采购流程，负责督导采购物品的进仓和验收。
Be responsible for supervising the warehousing and checking of the purchased goods according to the purchasing procedure;

5. 根据采购合同和公司的财务制度，负责申请采购费用。
Be responsible for the application of purchasing charge according to the purchasing contract and the financial regulations of the company;

6. 负责督导供应商的管理，定期整理供应商资料。
Be responsible for supervising the management of the suppliers and filing the documents of the suppliers periodically.

任职要求Requirements:

- 机电、机械或相关专业专科以上学历。
College degree or above with major in Electro mechanization, Mechanics or related majors.

- 三年以上机械制造类产品采购经验，熟悉供应商管理，开发和评估，了解市场价格信息,善于询价，议价。
3 years or above purchasing experience of mechanical products. Familiar with supplier management, development and review, grasp the market price information, be good at the inquiry, price negotiation;

- 能熟练使用微软办公自动化软件。
Computer and software skills (MS Office especially Excel and Power Point, e-mail).

- 良好的英文读写、理解能力。
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- 良好的合作和沟通能力。
Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.

- 熟练应用ISO9001，具备 SAP应用经验更优。
Familiar/Proficient in using ISO9001, experience in SAP will be plus.
