Responsible for Ostin China Retail bulk order follow up each milestones from nominated suppliers. In the meanwhile effective communication with HQ import department and employees in SHO( Retail and Group): Logistic dept., retail merchandiser and Finance dept. & committing that bulk orders for Ostin China retail shipment on-time.

Duties:
Follow up seasonal bulk orders(Supplier contracts) accurately according to Bulk Specifications issued by HQ in Moscow under the guidance of Procurement Manager;
Closely communicate with Technical team for PPS confirmation date, in case any supplier delay, proactively push supplier to avoid shipment delay;
Effective communication with both China and Non-China Suppliers for SGS GB Testing requirement & follow up accurately with SGS and Suppliers to make sure GB test well done before deadline;
Closely communicate with HO Production & Quality for SHS sending date, in case supplier delay, need to push supplier to catch schedule;
Chasing suppliers for shipping doc. for both China and Non-China Suppliers on time and proactively communicating with both Logistics dept. and Finance dept. to ensure doc. accurately;
Arranging each delivery lot payment punctually per deadline & fulfill Finance dept. demand.

Requirements:
5+ years of procurement/bulk production merchandising experience; Detail-oriented;
Positive mindset, honest , patient and team-work spirit;
Service and quality delivery mindset, experienced within cross-functional coordination ;
Good at written and verbal English;
Previous domestic trading/retail experience is strongly preferred; well understand GB/FZ-T quality standard is definitely a big plus.
