职位描述
岗位职责:
1) 负责公司技术培训团队的培训管理及员工的职业发展,确保培训制度和流程的有效运营;
2) 负责培训方案与师资的甄选,统筹规划培训的组织、协调及过程控制
3) 保持与客户的联系,根据客户的需求提供技术的相关培训及解决方案,制定培训计划及预算;
4) 管理技术培训团队对内、对外的技术培训课程的数量及质量;
5) 带领团队收集并更新技术培训信息和趋势,整合技术培训资源及资料;
任职资格:
1) 本科以上学历,汽车工程技术或相关专业背景,中高端汽车4S店实际经验
2) 熟悉并精通汽车售后领域,拥有丰富的汽车理论及汽车维修知识
3) 有汽车技术培训领域经验,3年以上的管理经验;
4) 英语听、说、读、写熟练,优秀的书面以及口语沟通能力;
5) 善于沟通,良好的人际交往能力、分析与计划能力。
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Responsible for training management of the company’s technical training team and its employees’ career development to ensure the effective operation of training system and process;
2) Responsible for screening training programs and trainer resources as well as the overall planning of the training organization, coordination and progress control;
3) Keep contact with clients, provide technology related trainings & solutions in accordance with customer requirements, develop training plans and make a budget;
4) Manage the quantity and quality of internal & external technical training curriculum delivered by the technical training team;
5) Lead the team gathering and updating technical training information and trend, integrate technical training resources and materials.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1) Above bachelor degree with automotive engineering technology or relevant professional background as well as practical experience with middle- and high-end automobile 4S stores;
2) Familiar with and well versed in the automotive after-sales field, possessing rich knowledge of automobile theory and maintenance & repair;
3) Having accumulated experience in the automotive technical training field plus more than 3 years’ managerial experience;
4) Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing English as well as outstanding written & oral communication ability;
5) Good at communication, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and good analytical & planning capability.
