-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Process Engineer 工艺工程师 (临港).

What are my responsibilities?

1.Optimize the production process, layout, and material flow

2.initiate and optimize process documents in production, such as process flow chart, Working instruction, PFMEA etc.

3.Trouble shooting in production field.

4.Create ECR regarding safety, drawing and purchase specification(PS).

5.Make Standard Man-hour，capacity analysis , initiate SWS.

6.Responsible of making process related documents for NPI and trial assembly.

7.Responsible for plants Kaizen program identify and trace implement by Lean manufacturing tool.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Knowledge of improving production process, wind turbine product assymbly and BOM.

-Knowledge and utilization of LEAN/Six sigma methods and structural approach.

-project cordinaition and management .

What else do I need to know?

-Mechanical assymbly knowledge.

-Lean knowledge, industrial engineering knowledge.

-system/IT understanding.

-AutoCAD,SAP, Project, Excel
