-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a IC LMV MV SSLS CIP Office Manager 城市与建设 中低压 上海西门子开关有限公司 持续改进流程办公室经理.

What are my responsibilities?

-Indentify opportunities for improvement by conducting lean assessment across SSLS value chain processes to define key focus areas of CIP initiatives

-Develop and maintain CIP master plan based on identified improvement opportunities and priorities to keep a clear overview of defined initiatives, schedule and progress against defined targets

-Organize and lead weekly Kaizen workshops with selected cross-functional teams according to master plan to ensure defined initiatives are being implemented

-Define and monitor set of key performance indicators to show impact of CIP initiatives and achieved improvement vs. set targets

-Provide regular Lean Management training to selected SSLS staff to ensure sufficient competence level for implementation of CIP initiatives

-Lean culture: promote lean mindset in SSLS by show-casing success stories, lessons learned etc. or using other communication methods, to facilitate culture shift towards lean across all levels in the organization

-Consulting: provide expert advice to SSLS management on key decisions/projects/initiatives with regards to impact on lean performance of the company

What do I need to qualify for this job?

"Professional skills:

- Technical background (ideally industrial engineering)

- Project management

- Lean Management / Kaizen / Toyota Production System or similar concepts with all related practices and tools for assessment, implementation and monitoring of such initiatives.

- Understands all steps of manufacturing value chain, including key processes and how they are related to each other

- Consulting on lean management

Soft skills:

- Able to communicate effectively accross all levels of organization including blue collar workers and senior management

- Familiar with change management practices, how to influence and get buy-in from key stake holders, implement a culture change in an organization etc.

- Team leadership and development

Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English "

What else do I need to know?

-Has sucessfully implemented Lean Management practices in other manufacturing companies with international background and can clearly demonstrate impact of such initiatives, not only on factory shop floor but also in the back-office environment. Ideally from automotive industry or similar branch with very strong lean culture
