Job Title: TV Post-Production Runner （广告后期制片助理实习生）
Main Duties
Ensure that all visitors to the company are guided to their suites in a welcoming fashion.
Responsible for client hospitality, including providing food and drinks
Ensure that the presentation of the facility is maintained to a high standard. One of the Runner's main tasks is to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, including edit suites, reception, kitchen and rest rooms, for the benefit of clients and colleagues.
Delivering internal mail as well as and collecting packages, tapes, other media, and/or sometimes hardware from external organization.
Provide cover when required for other junior members of staff, including Reception, Junior Tape Operators, etc.
Able to cope under extreme pressure from clients and/or co-workers, responding quickly and appropriately to requests, using his/her own initiative. Also be prepared to ask for help and advice when necessary, as this is essentially a learning role.
