DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) 主持公司财务战略、预算和经营目标的制定和执行。
Provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Budget and Goals Program.
2)与业主和业主代表就酒店日常财务控制、月度财务报表、年度报告、现金流管理等财务工作进行沟通。
Interacts with Owners/Owners Representatives in regards to control procedures, monthly financial statements, annual reports, cashflows, bank transfers, auditors etc.
3) 通过库存、应收应付、存汇款的控制最大限度地提高酒店现金流效率。
Maximizes cash flow performance of the Residences through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances.
4) 确保酒店的管理符合相关的规定，并就相关情况向总经理汇报。
Insure compliance to terms and conditions of the Residences’ management and maintenance contracts and highlights any discrepancies to the Manager.
5) 指导财务报表和经营分析，为管理层决策提供依据。
Provide guidance to maintain accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analyses, interpretations, and projections to the management as required.
6) 负责财务部门的人事管理工作。
Conducts such functions as interviewing, hiring, orientation, performance appraisal, coaching, counselling and suspending if necessary, to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.
7) 完成总经理、集团财务总监、资深财务经理以及业主方代表交代的其他工作。
Performs related duties, feasibility studies and special projects as assigned by the General Manager, Finance Controller and Senior Finance Manager of Lanson Place, Owners/Owners Representatives.

Requirements:
1) 本科以上财务会计相关管理专业；拥有（注册会计师，ACCA等）专业资格证书优先
Undergraduate and above, finance and accounting relevant major； Preferably with ACCA or CPA qualification
2) 8年以上财务管理岗位, 3年品牌酒店或酒店式公寓相关工作经验；
Above 8 years of finance and accounting related experiences, about 3 years relevant experience in hospitality industry
3) 具有丰富的酒店财务管理、运营分析和成本控制技巧；
Possess finance，accounting, operation analysis and cost control skills and professional knowledge
4) 在工作中，能够熟练运用英语进行听、说、读、写；
Proficiency in English language is highly preferred
5) 能够熟练使用计算机办公软件；
Familiar with the relevant computer skill and knowledge to carry out daily work
6) 具备良好的职业道德
Possess professional ethic
7) 具备良好的执行力、应变能力、组织协调沟通能力、分析和解决问题能力；
Possess excellent implementation, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
8) 具备敏锐的财务触角以便更完善的规划财务工作；
Possess sensitive and good financial abilities to streamline financial planning for the group
