In order to propose a large range of products and solutions to our customers, Beauty Solutions is in charge of the management of our commercial partners (trading activity). Beauty Solutions is specialized in standard packaging, cosmetic accessories (brush, sponge….), promotional Items, bags, full service solutions (packaging+filling) and travel kit containing cosmetic products. Beauty Solutions has 4 offices, in Paris, New-York, Hong-Kong and Shanghai.

This position will report to Quality Manager of Beauty Solutions Shanghai.
Job Description as below.

Customer quality requirement:
· Collect, review, update, communicate all customers' master quality specifications, product specifications, contracts and agreements.
· Ensure that customers' requirements are respected correctly within Beauty Solutions Shanghai suppliers' network and internal organization.

Supplier quality Assurance/audits:
· Update the suppliers' guide and audit tools.
· Lead suppliers' audits; reports internal audit results and monitor improvements plans.
· Have a continuous follow up of suppliers' audits and certifications statement regarding quality, environment, Social and norms (REACH; …); reports results and follow action plans.
· Collect, review, update, communicate all suppliers' master quality specifications, product specifications, contracts and agreements; insure their consistency with customer's requirements.

System:
· Assist in document redactions for all processes, organize the documentary system for an easy access of Beauty solutions Shanghai staff to an updated information.
· Ensure the correct updating of product specifications and Range-boards; organize their storage for an easy access to Shanghai staff and specifically to inspectors.
· Manage the documentary system and product specifications (posting, revision, filing).
· Set up the Beauty solutions Shanghai standard quality specifications regarding products or processes.
· Contribute to the identification, definition, validation of best practices (audit; inspection; development; product definition and qualifications).

Performance:
· Consolidate and report the quality results (customers, suppliers, audits); monitor improvement plans.
· Organize quality inspections on time; insure the inspection team inspects production lots in full compliance with the specifications and test methods validated.

Experience Required:

· At least 5 years'experience in MNC industry (automotive, electronic….).

· Position of quality supervisor, QA supervisor

Knowledge/Skills Required

· Fluent English

· Knowledge of QA systems

· Experience of plastic, cosmetic or packaging would be a plus.

· Organization, Behaviour Dynamic Autonomy

· Responsibility and ethics

· Priority management skills, ability to cope with temporary high workload, Open mind – creativity

· Interpersonal relations, sense of dialogue/communication。

（二）雷盛塑料实业（上海）有限公司。1996年投资建厂，位于上海市奉贤区齐贤金大公路8399号。公司占地面积84000平方米，投资总额为1150万美金，现有员工1500多人。经营范围涉及化妆品容器，医药、汽车、电子产品的金属和塑胶零部件，模具加工、表面涂装、阳极氧化处理等领域。

（三）雷盛化妆品喷雾器（上海）有限公司，2005年投资建厂，位于上海市奉贤区金汇（齐贤）镇航南公路3358号，现有员工约200人，主要从事乳液喷头等化妆品外包装生产。
