Job Description:

From electronics view:

-Solid electronic knowledge for circuits analysis, design and PCB layouts will be part of the position.
-The position would include system design, functional specifications, board design for the systems based on MCU or ARM processor.
-The position will also require experience with signal integrity / EMC testing and improvements.
-Capability for hardware drivers development based on X86, ARM are big PLUS.

From Project management view:

-You will work in a cross-team environment.
-Multi-projects management and good communication skills are required.
-Ensure projects planned, budgeted and implemented for resources assigned to the project.
- Skills for Project management tools are required.

English is necessary and German would be a big bonus.

Desired Skills and Experience
-Electronics degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3+ years of hardware experience.
-Solid electronic knowledge, rich experience in circuit design and PCB layout with Protel or Cadance tools.
-Good command of normal instruments, with high speed oscilloscopes, BERT, pattern generators, etc.
-Have the experience with MCU or ARM system developing. Better to have experience on X86 platform development.
-Rich experience for project management. PMP is a plus.
-Expert in Office tools and project management tools, like MS Project, Redmine, etc.
-Good communication skills, leadership skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work in a cross-team environment.
